1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using GemQuest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Virtual Currency ("Gems")

"Gems" are a virtual currency used within the app. You acknowledge that:

• Gems have no real-world value until redeemed through our official withdrawal channels.
• We reserve the right to change the exchange rate (Gems to INR) at any time.
• Gems cannot be transferred to other accounts or sold to third parties.

3. User Conduct & Anti-Fraud

You agree NOT to:

• Use emulators, bots, auto-clickers, or VPNs to manipulate gameplay or ad views.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app.
• Create multiple accounts on a single device.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Gems.

4. Payouts

Withdrawals are processed via third-party gateways (UPI/Paytm). We are not responsible for delays caused by banking networks. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

GemQuest is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or revenue.
