Digital Goods Classification

GemQuest operates under the category of Digital Goods > Software Developments. Our services are primarily free-to-play, supported by advertisements.

1. No Refund on Digital Items

If you choose to purchase any optional virtual items (e.g., cosmetic skins, temporary boosts), these are considered non-tangible irrevocable goods. Once the digital item is delivered to your account, we do not issue refunds.

2. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where money was deducted from your bank but the digital item was not received:

Please contact support immediately with your Transaction ID.
We will reconcile with the payment gateway. If verified, the digital item will be credited to your account manually, or a refund will be initiated to the original source within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellations

Since our services are instant digital deliveries, "Cancellation" is not applicable once a purchase is confirmed. You may choose to stop using the app at any time.

4. Payout Reversals

If you request a payout (withdrawal) of your earned Gems:

Once a payout status is "Processing" or "Completed", it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
If you provided incorrect UPI details, the funds may be lost permanently. GemQuest is not liable for user errors in withdrawal details.
